Meet The Team

Growing up in a small town in Ohio, Dustin knew early on that he had a dream of carving out a career in live entertainment. In the early 2010s, Dustin set out to begin promoting shows on his own, learning the business and teaching himself along the way.

Over the years, Dustin built his own successful promoter business by selling out shows with artists like Travis Tritt and The Oak Ridge Boys. In addition, Dustin created Old Washington Music Festival right in his own hometown, which has hosted artists like Alabama and Sammy Kershaw.

In 2026, Dustin partnered with longtime colleague Robert Baugh to create a full service entertainment company to continue to create quality experiences for communities across the country.

Robert grew up in south Alabama, and after graduating from Auburn University in 2016, moved to Nashville to begin his career in entertainment. In his early years, Robert began working in production as a stage manager for Alan Jackson. In addition to this role, he worked on multiple CMT Music Awards and Crossroads productions as well as behind the scenes of the long running "Nashville" TV series.

In 2018, Robert started working more closely with artists and began working at a major industry talent agency. After working there until 2020, Robert went on to specialize in the development of country artists, working with performers like Brian Kelley from Florida Georgia Line, Danielle Bradbery, BRELAND, and more. Eventually, Robert would go on to lead the country department of a more specialized agency, where Robert continued to develop artists like Keith Anderson, Kylie Morgan, and Jon Langston. 

Now, along with Dustin as partners in Wayne Gray Entertainment, Robert is focused on representing top quality artists and creating exceptional live events.
